How to convert NTSC DVD to PAL DVD

Download and install NTSC DVD to PAL DVD, then launch this tool.

Step 1. Load NTSC DVD
Insert your NTSC DVD disc, click the upper "Browse" button, then find the Video_TS folder in your DVD driver, and add in Video_TS.IFO file.

Step 2. Adjust Output Settings
Click "To DVD" tag, choose PAL standard and video quality in "Profile" box.
Click "Advanced" button to see video size, frame rate, bitrate and other parameters. Select "Aspect Correction" label to set 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio.
Click the lower "Browse" button to set destination folder.

Step 3. Start Ripping and Burning
