How to copy PAL to NTSC

If you have DVD movie in PAL standard, you can use this Copy PAL to NTSC to get a NTSC copy. Download and install this tool, then launch it.

Step 1. Insert your PAL DVD disc, click "Browse" button on the upper right to locate your DVD driver and input Video_TS.IFO file in Video_TS folder.

Step 2. Click "To DVD" button, and select NTSC profile. You can adjust the video quality and click "Advanced" button to set aspect ratio.

Step 3. Click the second "Browse" button to set output path.

Step 4. Click "Convert Now!" to start converting. When conversion complete, click "Burn To Disc" to start burning.
